Abstract

Advertising plays a significant role in influencing consumer buying behaviour in modern markets. It acts as a communication tool that informs, persuades, and reminds consumers about products and services. With the growth of digital media, television, social networking platforms, and online marketing, advertising has become more interactive and personalized. Consumers are constantly exposed to promotional messages that shape their preferences, attitudes, and purchasing decisions. the impact of advertising on consumer buying behaviour by analyzing how different advertising techniques influence customer awareness, interest, and final purchase decisions. the psychological and emotional aspects of advertising, including the use of celebrity endorsements, attractive visuals, slogans, and emotional appeals. It also explores the role of digital advertising, social media influencers, and targeted marketing in creating consumer demand. The study emphasizes that effective advertising not only increases product sales but also builds brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. However, misleading advertisements and excessive promotional strategies may negatively affect consumer trust and decision-making.
