Journal Policies

Journal Policies
This journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing, editorial integrity, ethical scholarship, and transparent dissemination of research. The following policies govern manuscript submission, editorial review, publication practices, copyright, licensing, and user responsibilities associated with the journal.

Editorial and Peer Review Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial evaluation to determine their suitability, relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission requirements. Manuscripts considered appropriate for further consideration are subject to peer review in accordance with the journal’s editorial procedures.
The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to submitted manuscripts based on editorial judgment, reviewer recommendations, scholarly quality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s objectives. Editorial decisions are final unless exceptional circumstances justify reconsideration.
Authors are expected to cooperate fully during the review and revision process and to respond to reviewer comments in a timely and professional manner.

Publication Ethics Policy
The journal adheres to recognized standards of academic and publication ethics. Authors must ensure that all submitted work is original and has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
Any form of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, manipulated authorship, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, or unethical research conduct is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism detection or editorial review processes to verify originality and integrity.
Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or institutional oversight must be conducted with appropriate ethical approval, informed consent, and compliance with relevant legal and institutional requirements.

Authorship Policy
Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the conception, design, execution, interpretation, or preparation of the manuscript. All listed authors must approve the final manuscript prior to submission.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have consented to submission and that no qualified contributor has been omitted. Changes to authorship after submission may require editorial review and written consent from all affected parties.

Conflict of Interest Policy
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, academic, or personal relationships that may create actual or perceived conflicts of interest related to submitted or published work.
Failure to disclose relevant conflicts may result in rejection, correction, withdrawal, or other editorial action.

Open Access Policy
This journal operates under a full open access publishing model. All published articles are made freely and immediately available to readers without subscription or access restrictions.
Users may access, read, download, share, and use published content in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.

Copyright and Licensing Policy
Copyright in published content is held by Journal, unless otherwise stated.
All published works are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This permits copying, redistribution, adaptation, and reproduction of published material for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given to the original authors and the journal, a reference to the license is included, and any modifications are clearly indicated.
Commercial use of published material requires prior written authorization where applicable.

Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy
As part of the journal’s open access publication model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applicable for accepted manuscripts. APCs support editorial processing, peer review administration, production, hosting, and publication services.
Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance, and APC obligations arise only where publication terms require them following editorial acceptance. Specific fee structures, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

Plagiarism Policy
The journal maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward plagiarism and academic misconduct. Submitted manuscripts must be the original intellectual work of the authors.
Plagiarism includes unauthorized reproduction, close paraphrasing without attribution, improper citation, self-plagiarism, and presentation of others’ work as original. Detected misconduct may result in manuscript rejection, publication withdrawal, notification to relevant institutions, or other corrective measures.

Retraction and Correction Policy
The journal reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, retractions, or removal notices where published content is found to contain significant errors, ethical breaches, misleading information, copyright violations, or other substantial concerns affecting the integrity of the scholarly record.
Editorial actions will be taken in accordance with fair review and established publishing principles.

Data and Research Integrity Policy
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and reliability of all research data, analysis, interpretations, and supporting materials submitted for publication.
Where relevant, authors may be required to provide underlying data, documentation, approvals, or methodological clarifications for editorial verification.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
Personal information collected through manuscript submission, editorial correspondence, account registration, or platform usage is handled with reasonable confidentiality and used only for legitimate editorial, administrative, operational, or legal purposes.
Confidential manuscript materials and reviewer communications are treated as sensitive information and are not disclosed except where required by editorial processes or applicable law.

Reviewer Conduct Policy
Reviewers are expected to provide objective, professional, confidential, and constructive evaluations of assigned manuscripts.
Reviewers must decline assignments where conflicts of interest exist, where adequate expertise is lacking, or where confidentiality cannot be maintained.
Manuscript content obtained through peer review must not be used for personal, academic, or professional advantage.

Archiving and Accessibility Policy
Published content may be archived, indexed, stored, or preserved through appropriate digital systems, repositories, or archival services to ensure long-term accessibility and preservation of the scholarly record.
The journal may update archival practices as operational requirements evolve.

Third-Party Content Policy
Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permissions for any copyrighted third-party material included in submitted manuscripts, including figures, tables, illustrations, excerpts, or datasets.
The journal assumes no liability for unauthorized inclusion of protected third-party material.
