Abstract

This study evaluates university professors’ communication competence from students’ perspectives using indicators such as communication patterns, classroom environment, delivery, listening, motivation, and non-verbal cues. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, using a questionnaire to assess these indicators. The sample included 30 purposively selected students from the Social Sciences Department at Arab Ben Mahidi University. Data were analyzed through percentage calculations. Results showed an 80% level of classroom interaction, indicating the presence of communication competence among university professors.
