Digital health technologies are transforming healthcare delivery by enhancing access, efficiency, and patient engagement. Innovations such as electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearable health devices, and mobile health applications have shifted traditional provider-centered models toward more collaborative and patient-centered approaches. These technologies enable real-time data sharing, remote monitoring, and personalized treatment planning, allowing patients to take a more active role in managing their health. Telehealth services delivered through platforms such as Zoom and secure medical portals have expanded access to care, particularly for individuals in rural or underserved areas. Wearable devices and health tracking applications collect data on physical activity, heart rate, sleep patterns, and glucose levels, providing continuous insights into patient health status. Integration of such data into electronic systems supports informed clinical decision-making and preventive care.
